Hotel was at good location. There is a nearby metro station Louiza which is around 10 mins walk from where you can reach to the main attractions by taking a tram/bus. We had booked superior room where the room was big enough for the family with a large comfortable bed + 1 big sofa bed. Bathroom was also very clean with all the required essentials like soap, shower gel etc. They have an underground parking which is chargeable, but it's very secured one with automatic shutter door. Overall our stay was very comfortable and nice!!
It was convinient to our shuttle
The most comfortable and biggest twin beds I have ever slept in. Black out shutter was amazing slept so well. Very stylish really added extra glam to our city break
Airport shuttle and the excellent customer service of the staff. Really saves your the stress and cost of commuting to and from the airport. The staff were so helpful and friendly.
Great location, close to city center, shuttle bus, railway, staff are nice and helpful, rooms was clean. A bit noisy untill late if your windows facing the street
Clean, great central location, friendly staff. Bit of noise from pubs across the road at night but shutting the window practically cut the noise off.
Great location, close to the city centre (and metro), shops and Charleroi shuttle bus stop. The room was spacious and clean.
They have a small kitchen you can use during stay, make own food, hot drinks. Lockers for luggage after check-out. Price for small one is 2 Euro up to 6 hours. Zuidstation is just around the corner if you travel from/to CRL airport by Flibco shutle service.
A very convenient location for those who need to get to Charleroi airport. The shuttle bus stop is 3 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is very easy to find, there is a sign. The room is clean, there is a huge bed, there is everything you need: a refrigerator, large towels, a mirror, a hair dryer. Very friendly staff at the reception, answered all questions. I recommend it!
Great location right near Rogier station, very comfortable room and the staff member at the reception desk was very nice. I stayed in a private room as a solo traveller and it was a perfect size with no unnecessary gimmicks and good value for money. Comfy bed and good shower. I liked the wooden shutter things on the windows - meant my room was suitably dark :-) Seemed to be popular with my age group (I'm 21) but also saw many family groups.
