The location was lovely, next to some great coffee shops and very walkable for exploring Puerto Natales. Room was clean and comfy.

One of the cabins additionally has a private sauna made from a wooden barrel. Wonderful stay overall and coming back to a hot tub after a very long day of hiking was superb. Everything was spotless and all instructions given were very specific. The host was incredibly gracious and even went above and beyond by picking us up and dropping us off at the airport. Nestled on a hill overlooking the rio Rasmussen, you had views of incredible landscapes and animals. Juan and Ninni are hosts extraordinaire. They and their assistants made sure we had everything we needed. We had fires in our rooms to keep us warm, coffee to go for our day adventures and any question we had was answered in full. Then there was the cooking. These two know how to prepare some of the best Chilean meals one could imagine. You would expect that quality of meals from very high end restaurants but to enjoy such delicacies in such an amazing setting was divine.

The owner & staff were very helpful organizing transfers to & from Puerto Williams, bicycles & kayaking, whale watching and glacier visits, laundry services etc. Dinners were well prepared and of good quality. Really nice cocktail bar. Perfect place to slow down and enjoy the nature.
