Awesome attention, their personnel is amazing, they treat you with kindness and compassion all the time. Everything is so unique, clean and well taken care of. Observation deck in front of the restaurant is perfect and the observation tower visit early in the morning will allow you to see many animals including spider monkeys :) This property is for the ones who prefer nature, comfort and still a little bit of adventure over luxury or having an Instagram urban experience. Is down to earth and still a wonderful inmersive but delicate dive into the wild, respectful to the animals and all living creatures.

Hosts were very kind and clearly willing to work on any single detail to make the stay enjoyable (a bottle of rose as a gift upon arrival, games for kids, a full well equipped kitchen... nothing was missing). I highly recommend the place.

Food is great, dinner is $12pp at the lodge or there is another place close by, by car, with menu options. In the wet, you need a 4x4 to get there...which they recommend in the instructions. No problem if you have one, an easy drive

Extremely clean and very spacious. The accomodation is outside of La Fortuna but also next to a paved road, so you don't have to go off road
