This place also offers a yoga course as well. Staying here truly refreshed our mind. Since we did a road trip from Jakarta, we could have a great relaxation just by laying in bed doing nothing here. At night we did stargazing and I swear the stars were sparkling so exquisitely! Even my friend who stays in South Bali said that she was only seeing 1 star at the time I sent her the picture of the sky above us! Overall, you should give this place a try while staying around Menjangan.

The setting was very private and we enjoyed the use of the pool (shared by two villas) almost exclusively for ourselves. The staff at Sacret Beji was ready to help us with anything - Ami in particular made the extra effort and assisted us with various requests including booking us an amazing massage at the premises. The Jackfruit Restaurant, which is part of the larger complex, had a large variety of food, and everything we tried there was delicious. We explored the surrounding areas by scooters but anyone can easily hire cheap taxis to get around - Ubud is about 30 minutes south and Mt Batur is about 45 minutes north :)

I really liked to wake up in the morning with daylight and field view. They really did an amazing job to make you feel so welcome. The hosts are so lovely people and very familiar, they will help you with everything you need. The breakfast is excellent and I tried for the first time pisang goreng (fried banana) the best in my opinion. I could also use a motorbike to go to jatiluwih rice fields it is only 20 min driving

Excellent place for a personal retreat and to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This was our second time here and we will be back! Each time we stayed for over a week and found that to be an excellent time to really settle into ourselves and our personal spiritual practices. Beautiful walks, great staff, very accommodating. Being lulled to sleep each night by the sound of the jungle is absolutely exquisite. The energy here is extremely healing and rejuvenating. Highly recommended! Thank you Oemah Tepi Sawah! The beating heart of this accommodation is Gede and his wonderful family. Very responsive and helpful from our very first communication, Gede left no stone unturned to ensure we have a 10/10 experience. Right from greeting us with his ever smiling face from the airport, to driving us to Sidemen to sharing sight seeing tips that match with my philosophy of travel, Gede went above and beyond. The house is spotlessly clean, as it is maintained by Gede's family with all basic amenities like air conditioning, wardrobe, toiletries etc. We were initially scared thinking there could be mosquitoes as we are in the middle of the rice fields but we're pleasantly surprised to see none. Waking up to the wonderful view of the Agung mountain, starting the day with yummy fried noodles and simply admiring the greenery that Sidemen has to offer - we stayed here for 2 nights and the place absolutely exceeded my expectations. One simply has to experience the hospitality here, to want to keep coming back every time. Team Babakan also are super helpful in terms of arranging transport and offering recommendations wherever needed.

Located in the middle of rice fields where you can take a walk only seeing locals to nearby village. Rooms are spacious and with amazing view! The staff was excellent and very helpful. This is amazing place for those who wants to get away from busy bali and dicover authentic and traditional life of locals. I loved the fact that there aren’t many rooms so you don’t feel crowded. Amazing stay and I will definiteldy rebooked when I am back in Bali!

There was a good selection of food for good prices (very good vanilla milkshakes). The rental scooters were quite new and comfortable to drive. The room/villa was a good size and also quite comfortable, ours included a private 'balcony' to sit on.
