I had such a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was amazing — everyone was so friendly and treated me really well. I also joined the 2D1N sea turtle trip, which was such a unique and memorable experience. My guide, Ocha, was super knowledgeable and friendly, and my driver, Indraa, was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for making my trip unforgettable — I’d love to come back again someday!

The property is very clean and new, suitable for families/couples to go there for relaxation and retreats. The scenery is beautiful and you can see the mountain view. We also enjoyed the traditional Sumatra cuisine that was offered at the premise with each dishes made with care. Vegetables were grown organically at the property and we can taste the freshness of each dish made from it. The property also offers steamboat with a diverse range of soup bases and fresh ingredients to choose from. There are also multiple scenic attractions nearby such as The Lodge Maribaya that is walking distance away and The Orchid Forest Cikole that is less than 30 minutes drive away. We had the opportunity to go for a short hiking trail at Maribaya led by one of the guides from the property and we are provided with bamboo sticks to aid with the short hike. It is recommended to equip yourself with proper track shoes and covered clothing. The weather is also very pleasant during our stay with temperatures ranging between 15 to 20 degrees. Overall we are very pleased with the warm and affectionate service from the staff at Kuma Kumi and we highly recommend this property to everyone.

Beautiful accomodation between the rice fields. After a few steps you can have a beautiful view and it's silent. The food is freshly cooked whenever you ask for it with ingredients from their garden. Prices for food and transfer were absolutely fair. The room was clean, aircondition working good ;) The owners are super nice and helpful with everything. Very easy communication via whatsapp. Thank you for everything!!! It was amazing :)))))

I cannot mention enough how good this place was. The manager of the lodge called Zaky was an absolutely fantastic host. He catered for all needs, socialised and made a great tour guide. Zaky prepared breakfasts and advises where to get delicious dinner. Besides Zaky makes fabulous barista coffee. The coffee is grown on the property, it's organic and spray free. What a treat. The lodge itself is beautifully designed, tidy and clean maintained. It's got a homy touch, tastefully furnished and my first thoughts were: this is very inviting. A lovely local lady cleans the lodge every day. This humble home also has a little dog called Choco, a well behaved and quiet puppy. No chance to get past her without a cuddle. She's the cutest little darling. The beds are little pods, these are equipped with wall plugs for charging devices and a little bedside light. For privacy you can close your pods curtain. The rooms are in new condition, space for bags with lockers underneath the pods. Each bed has clean sheets, cushions and fresh towels. The lavatories are clean, providing a couple of showers and toilets, hand basins and mirrors plus a few toiletries for guests to use. The lodge is on a big property that has a green garden with a small sized coffee plantation. You can enjoy a quiet neighbourhood, listen to native birds and if you choose to, watch a beautiful sunrise. The lodge's location is in good distance to the hustle and bustle of Bandung, which allows you to relax in peace and quiet but it's not too far away to reach all the local attractions or public transport. Commuting is easy, cheap and fast. I have genuinely enjoyed staying here, without really knowing where I was going. This is a lucky find, a jewel indeed. I hope I get to come back. This inner city villa is on a relatively quiet street but not far to drive to Malang's central routes and places. Villa presents a delightful aspect on arrival with attractive front garden. Based around an interior courtyard, the pool is of a good size and depth, and there are 5 separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom sleeping 10 in total. A basic kitchen, traditional carved wood furniture and a functioning pool table complete the picture. Daily cleaning and maintenance visit.

The staff was accomodating to our needs and tried their very best to help with our situation.
