The views are fantastic and the comfy armchairs invite to linger. Very quiet and peaceful. We would have liked to have stayed a bit longer to go on walks and explore the valley. Very good restaurant on site where we booked a delicious dinner and had a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

Isafjordur Airport is 225 km from the property. Loved this place, yes the cabin is very small so we left our suitcases in the car but for the price and location it was one of our best stays on our 16 day ring road trip People mention problems with the hot tub but when we stayed the owner met us and explained how it worked and it was really great. Make sure you visit the turf houses nearby - next to the hotel with a pool in the distance.
