Staff offered a free of charge shuttle back to Kawaguchiko station once our stay was over. The rental bikes and BBQ were very nice and convenient. The service from the staff was excellent.

The views (even though it was snowing and overcast and we didn’t see Fujisan) were unobstructed and beautiful. I would love to come back during warmer months for more recreational activities. We would have loved to use the bbq on the terrace if the weather was better but the snow storm kept us inside.
