Sleep quality was good, mattress are pretty comfy for people with back problems & better than many 5 stars in Kenya. We stayed 2 nights and could do safari for a day , Bernard helped us by optimizing park entrance fees else we would have overpaid! Air Mombasa damaged our bag lock it was not opening and we had a hard time but the hotel staff were very helpful in opening. The hotel has great views of Mt Kilimanjaro and is close to the park gates, good access to get in to park and also to go out on highways.
