The room was awesome. Bathroom outdoor was really nice. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to spend time in Sigiriya and the temple caves. You can also relax on the pool and the food at the hotel was really good, breakfast was super. The personnel working at the hotel were really kind and helpful.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Rock Shade Chalet – Sigiriya. The chalet was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a beautiful natural setting close to the main attractions. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and freshly prepared, making our stay very comfortable. A special mention goes to Mr. Lasantha, who gave us massive support throughout our stay. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made a big difference. Furthermore, he arranges Sri Lankan cooking lessons for foreign guests, which is a wonderful initiative to share our food and culture with the world. What impressed us most is that all of this is offered at an affordable price, and the team works tirelessly 24/7 to give their very best to guests. Overall, Rock Shade Chalet is a perfect place for a peaceful family getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sigiriya.

Our stay was perfect! The hosts were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was incredible and the room was spacious and comfortable. I recommend this place 100%!

Nastanitev Nimsara Lodge Sigiriya je 3,5 km od znamenitosti skala Sigiriya in nudi vrt, teraso ter sobno postrežbo. Very nice place, outside the center (aprox 30 minutes walking) but 1 minute away from the main road where u can take the bus to the center. The family is super sweet and try to help as much as possible. Great breakfast 😊🙏

It’s a family owned place and it is so beautiful! Away from the busy road, however walking distance to the main road in order to go to the center. ( at night advisable to get lanterns) The owners are very kind and available to help you with everything you need; breakfast was amazing! We wished we could have stayed more so to enjoy the garden and the facilities.

Nastanitev Isanka Lion Lodge se nahaja v mestu Sigiriya in nudi zunanji bazen, vrt, skupni prostor za druženje, teraso ter razgled na vrt. The owner was incredibly helpful and advised us well on how make the most of our time in beautiful Sigiriya. He happily drove us wherever we needed to go in his tuk tuk which is a real advantage. While there are some parts of the hotel still being built, the rooms are very clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished. The location is within 200 meters walking distance to several restaurants, etc. and the Lion Rock park is only ~5 minutes away

Nastanitev Sigiri Lake Paradise je 5,7 km od znamenitosti skala Sigiriya in nudi vrt, teraso ter skupno kuhinjo. Clean room with stunning view of lions rock, great air conditioning. The breakfasts were delicious and different every morning. Had scooter or bike hire to get into town. The family were so lovely and cooked the best dinners. They even arranged a us a tuk tuk for a sunrise walk up Pidurangala Rock as well as a Safari. They also arranged us a drive to take us to our next location.
