Offering mountain views, Wolwedans Desert lodge in NamibRand offers accommodation, a garden, a restaurant and a bar. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property.

A continental breakfast is available at the lodge. This place is absolutely magical! A HUGE THANK YOU to Ronaldo who is an absolute superstar and you can tell has a true passion for what he does. From the moment he picked us up, he made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. He thought about our itinerary of activities, our meals, accommodates changes in our schedule and even liaised with the kitchen on providing lunch bags for our journey back. Wolwedans and the NamibRand Nature Reserve in general is an experience of a lifetime. The nature, the values of Wolwedans to the food, the night sky, the knowledge of each staff member. We even received a sweet letter and sparkling wine as it was our honeymoon. This place is a 10/10

Towering over the red sand dunes of the Namib Desert, this 4-star lodge offers an outdoor pool and a dining terrace overlooking a floodlit waterhole. Its bar serves cocktails and South Africa’s finest wine. Free WiFi access is available at reception. An absolutely stunning location! Right next to the park gates to visit Sossusvlei and the other dunes. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Great shower. Lovely pool which I had to myself for about an hour! The view from outside the bar/restaurant looking towards the waterhole was amazing- watching oryx, springbok, jackal, ostrich etc with a glass of wine in hand! Wonderful, varied buffet breakfast and dinner.. So much choice! And we are vegetarian but still plenty for us. Easy check in and out. I would have liked to stay longer.
