It’s hard to choose what I loved most about Spirit of the River Lodge, everything was truly wonderful. The location is magical and peaceful, with the sound of the river always in the background and barely any traffic passing by. We stayed twice, in two different rooms, and both were beautifully designed, cozy, and offered gorgeous views of the river. You can really feel how thoughtfully everything was created to respect and highlight the natural surroundings. The lodge has a sauna overlooking the river, direct access to the water, and a small yoga shala where I enjoyed my morning practice and reading. Claudia and Rudi were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. They made us feel like family. We had dinner one night and breakfast each morning, and even as vegans, we felt so well cared for. The food was amazing. They also have lovely animals, a llama named Tupac and two sweet dogs, Max and Juanita, who added so much joy to our stay. The area is relaxing but also well located, with easy access to nearby towns and cities. We came back twice because we truly fell in love with the place. I can’t recommend it enough!

Vertical Sky Suites er staðsett í Ollantaytambo og býður upp á gistingu með setusvæði. Amerískur morgunverður er í boði daglega á gististaðnum. Overall, it was an amazing experience from the beginning until the end. Helpful and friendly staff, knowledgeable about the history of Peru. Great food, magnificent views. Getting to the capsule is an experience of its own. And the capsule itself - I wouldn't believe you could fit so many things there before I saw it myself. 10/10

Skylodge Adventure Suites er frumlegt smáhýsi sem býður upp á hangandi gistirými í Cusco. You really get a whole experience already beginning with the climb. I already paid one of the guides to take photos. That meant that I could enjoy the climb and the stay without thinking of taking pictures. It is definitely worth it. The meals were outstanding and there were plenty. The pod is a ‘once in a lifetime’ kind of experience. And even though it Can be cold (I visited during the Winter in Peru) take your time and go to the roof of the pod and look at the stars. Also, have in mind that the facilities are primitive but works Well (you are hanging several hundred meters over the Ground) The guides were fantastic. Their english is good, and you felt very safe with Them.

Set 200 metres from Main Square, La Huerta Refugio offers a garden, and accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. The garden Is just amazing, the room is comfortable and clean

Sonidos del Ande Wasi er staðsett í Pisac, 36 km frá Wanchaq-lestarstöðinni og býður upp á verönd og gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og eldhúsi. Uppþvottavél, kaffivél og ketill eru einnig til staðar. I couldn't wish a better landing to the Ands. The place is great, very quiet village, clean, nicely decorated and easy to get to (you can catch colective transport from Pisac comunity museum for 2 soles, you can also hire a motorbike taxi or I was happy to walk down the hill to Pisac). There is a small shop nearby to get water and food, the plae has well equipped kitchen and wifi. The host is very friendly and helpful. I was amazed how clear the night sky is at night to see the stars. Also there is a archeological site in near distance, much bigger and quieter then Machu Picchu.

PERU QUECHUA'S LODGE Riverside er staðsett í Ollantaytambo og býður upp á útsýni yfir ána, gistirými, garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað. The room was big and clean. The owners were very welcoming and provided a good breakfast. Also they provided us with great information where to go around Ollantaytambo.

Villa Concepción er staðsett í Anta. Lodge býður upp á ókeypis WiFi og gestir geta notið garðs, sameiginlegrar setustofu og verandar. Amazing choice The owners have been so nice to me! They took me out for dinner and drove me to the airport in the morning! Very greatful for everything!!!

Starlodge Adventure Suites er staðsett í 35 km fjarlægð frá rútustöðinni. Boðið er upp á gistirými með garði, verönd og ókeypis skutluþjónustu til aukinna þæginda. The spot is really really cool. And the experience is very special and incredible!

Casafranca er staðsett 21 km frá rútustöðinni og býður upp á gistirými með garði, verönd og sólarhringsmóttöku, gestum til þæginda. Smáhýsið er með bæði WiFi og einkabílastæði án endurgjalds. This property exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It appeared even more spacious and inviting than the photos suggested. During our six-night stay, we felt incredibly comfortable, almost as if we were at a 5-star resort. We intentionally chose this location for its proximity to Ollantaytambo while offering a peaceful escape from the town center. We even enjoyed a scenic walk to the Ollantaytambo citadel one morning. Vanessa was an exceptional host, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She went above and beyond, offering a complimentary drive to the train station on our Machu Picchu excursion and even offering a return pickup. Each morning, she prepared a delicious breakfast featuring freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade granola, eggs, bread, and more. We did have to request smaller portions after the first day as the initial servings were quite generous. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this place to other travelers.
