Big living room with separate kitchen is perfect for free time and you can also find some free space in basement. We also really loved the balconies with a stunning view. Renewed bathrooms were a nice thing. Also we had a very good contact with the owners who were very kind and helpful. Furthermore, neighbours offered us some honey from their own beehive :) It's only 3km from Lake Bled so this is a perfect route for a short bike trip and this way you can avoid the crowds who spend time there. Really loved our holidays in Holiday Chalet and would recommend to anyone!

The owner was very kind. Everything was clean, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, BBQ outside. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very quite place and still very close to the lake (10 min. walk). The view both outside and from inside was amazing.

There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Very well equipped and done up to more modern standard traditional shepherds' hut in the middle of the forest. Stunning surroundings, a fantastic place for nature lovers, but also for those who are not looking for an easy and luxurious holiday. On a cold day you need to light the fire, be mindful of electricity usage, and storms can be quite spectacular over there. Hut was very clean and had everything we needed to live there quite comfortably for a week (and even more - friendly owner greeted us with some homemade liqueur. :) also we found small election of books in English in the upstairs bedroom). Both stunning lakes of Bled and Bohijn within 30 minutes drive are certainly a bonus. We are eager to come back as soon as possible.
