I have stayed in some very high end hotels,but the staff at Courtney Lodge treat you in a way that makes you feel truly special. Their smiles and actions are sincere, they truly want your stay to be the best ever. Taku, the manager, was incredibly helpful making transportation arrangements and providing information about activities and restaurants. The housekeepers, Rudo, Nissi and Blessed, were tirelessly working to keep the room ready for you at the end of the day and constantly cleaning around the property. But the one thing that truly impressed us was their cook Danny, who prepared great breakfasts and incredible dinners. He and Clement and Kudzi, made meals and our stay in general, very special. They do everything with genuine smiles and warmth, even the grounds keeper, Balance, always had a smile and a kind greeting. If you come to Victoria Falls, you have to experience The Courtney Lodge!
