This place is the last word. Everything is thought through, just like being at home. The attention to detail and finish on the home is exquisite. There is a fully stocked larder so you only need to bring actual food, and Tayto and crusty bread on arrival for a tasty crisp sandwich! The little fresh flowers everywhere were an added finish. The location is very close to Loughcrew Cairn and close to the village of Fore which has a cafe and two pubs. Eoin is a brilliant host and always responsive to queries. The perfect country escape, and exactly what we wanted.

The cottage was so cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Olive was super lovely and made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautifully appointed flatlet in the heart of the country side. An amazing breakfast with farm fresh eggs and lovely butter. I will be back with hubby when we are looking for houses.

The accommodation was excellent and well presented by householder Kevin, who met us on arrival. It also has a secure yard for parking. Less than three minute walk into the town Square, where one will find a pet friendly cafe, known as Ciara's Candy and cafe. Kevin has a pub as well, where your pet is welcome and the staff and locals are very friendly and helpful. We had a Totally relaxed break and even our cockapoo, Mitzi relaxed for a change, as she does not travel to well. A good base for traveling from. Definitely be back. The facilities were very good quality! The whole place felt very homely and warm, myself and my girlfriend couldn't get over how gorgeous the place was inside and out! The hostess was also the most welcoming and polite woman you could ask for! She rang a taxi for us and while also being very willing to talk to us! I cannot recommend Fennor lodge enough! If I am ever in this part of the country again this will be my first priority to stay!
