Coming every year we received an very nice upgrade to the 15 floor an d we had an amazing appartement. The security was very helpful with the luggage. We are over 80 years still travelling a lot and hop to do so for the next year's. We allways stop o the same place. The tapas on the bar where very tasty.

Host (Vladimir) was incredible, he was willing to wait for our late arrival, welcoming us as we are part of his family. Accommodation was very good as well, we were traveling with a kid, and it had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, the lady who prepared our breakfast was very pleasant and a great cook. The restaurant is very cosy, almost feels like you're at home. We had no issues, will definitely come again when in Nis!

It’s a new and very comfortable hotel. Excellent staff, doing their best to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. I upgraded my room to their suite with the terrace, and it was lovely. Great value for the money and the large terrace makes the room even more appealing!
