The hotel was magical, a big mountain complex as you would imagine. The staff was super friendly upon arrival and changed our rooms on demand, the rooms were nice and beds comfortable (note that it is not a double bed, but 2 simple beds put together), breakfast & dinner was amazing - buffets were very rich, they used expensive ingredients (we had wonderful beef steak and duck). Overall, the common areas are very nice, you are not bored - there are arcade games, bowling... during the summer, the outdoor pool is amazing as well with excellent cocktail service! I am absolutely amazed and can recommend this place to everyone! :) Make sure to pay 10€ extra per day for mountain view, it's worth the balcony and views ;)

It was lovely and warm and clean. The river running past was very pretty. It had all you needed for cooking etc. big bathroom with bath and shower with lovely hot water. We could put our car in the garage underneath and it was only a couple of minutes drive to free parking at the gondola. Our dog was very happy and settled there while we were skiing. We had a fabulous week and would definitely recommend it

Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

Close to the ski slopes and several places to eat. Good bus service if required. Restaurant next to Manacor supermarket excellent and San Pietro (Italian) very good. A few places use only QR codes to access menu and costs, not good if you do not have data on phone as not in EU.

Very good Location. Close to gondola and multiple ski rentals. You can hire skis and ski down to gondola. Once you take the gondola there are some nice places to eat and drink at top of mountain. there is also many directions to take you can head to soldeu if you want pretty easily. There is also a couple green slopes for beginners. Apartment has nice views. Good size everything you need for cooking and chilling. The lady in reception was really great.

The hotel was easy to find and is located in a small development near Soldeu which has a cable car but it only operates in winter. There is no evening dining room but there are plenty of reasonable restaurants nearby. Parking close to the hotel is limited but there is a huge free public car park very close by and underground parking in the hotel at an extra cost. The breakfast was good and the splendid pool/sauna was a very welcome bonus.

The combination of a large terras in the sun, great food and drinks that are served from an outdoor kitchen, a pool, sauna and a huge playground in front of the nicely restored authentic Andorre farm, makes this hostel unique! The room was nice and clean and Mar (the host) is one of the friendliest person in the world. She welcomes you in a way that you really makes you feel home at once!

Everything was perfect! Location is so good, only 10min by car to Andorra La Vella, and it's just in front of Grandvalira station. The apartment was so nice, more big than I spected and so clean. The views are son nice too.
