ok where do i even start with this hotel? we spent ages researching where to stay on a first road trip to Andorra, and we are so glad we decided to stay at Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa. I genuinely can not recommend this hotel enough as for me and my wife it was perfect. I loved the fact that by the 2nd day everyone knew my name, all the staff were super friendly, supportive, providing advice and guidance as required. The parking across the hotel was super convenient and now that we know the bus routes we didnt need our car for much else. The hotel itself is how you see it in the pictures but in reality it is so much better in person. The lobby is grand, i love fact the the hotel is built into the side of a mountain and all the rooms are below road level. Our room 406 was amazing, the room service team, front of house, restaurant staff and the breakfast teams were all fantastic. I want to mention a few people who made our stay extra special, Sergio, William, Kevin, Eric, Maria, Juno and Oscar all deserve to be recognized for their professionalism and mannerism and i really hope the hotel management provide my comments to the team. i mentioned these people as i engaged with this staff every day of our 5 night stay. I highly recommend this hotel, location is perfect, staff are amazing, the food is fantastic too. Also as it was off-season we had the Spa to ourselves on most days! Me and my wife are not Skiiers but we are already planning our next trip. Hope to see you all again, regards, Mr Singh

Incles is the best valley in Andorra for relaxing and appreciating the vastness of Andorran nature. Its location allows for a peaceful walk on a relatively flat slope and offers access to mountain huts and more challenging trails for the more adventurous. A place you'll always want to return to.

A beautiful place. We went on a 1/2 day excursion there. There is a train that takes you to the start of the routes for €4. We took the path that led to the Travenc spring. About 20 minutes of climb, affordable for everyone. There we had a picnic lunch on some stone tables, a dip in the river and back.

It is a very beautiful area, ideal for going for walks. Besides, it is very quiet. For lunch and dinner we went to Canillo. We had lunch at Taula dels Amics (the Argentinian empanadas are particularly noteworthy) and dinner at Pizzeria Cal Lulu (very good pizzas and salads).

The accommodation is on the road at the entrance to the valley, a few meters away. The valley is beautiful, ideal for going with children. Of course, in the summer you have to go up there with what they call a "trenet" (small train). which is a mini bus with very few seats and you have to queue quite a bit depending on the time and day,

Andorra is one big traffic artery with high-rise buildings. This location is far enough away from this artery to avoid disturbing traffic and noise. The accommodation itself is situated at the entrance to the Incles Valley, with its various hiking opportunities.

Although for skiers the situation is very good, with the ski lifts very close by, for those who don't ski, there is, five hundred meters from the hotel, the path that goes into the Incles Valley with beautiful paths and landscapes. Suitable for walking or snowshoeing.

Quaint little cabin with views of the mountains from the windows. Well equipped kitchenette and playstation 3 for entertainment. The heaters are excellent and kept us warm. There are nature trails right at our doorstep, making it a perfect place to relax or explore the Vall d’Incles. The host was helpful and responsive. He also recommended us hiking trails based on the weather. It snowed on the day we checked out, and it was a scene from a fairytale.

The best impressions from visiting Andorra. Largely thanks to the wonderful girl at the hotel reception. Special thanks to her! The room is simple, clean, unfortunately the Wi-Fi in the room is not very good. But downstairs, in the smoking area, the Internet works well. Good inexpensive dinner, full breakfast. Very beautiful location. Thanks to the hotel staff
