Staffs are so kind

Staffs are so kind They tried their best to give their best but there was almost nothing to offer Sea abs swimming pool are the activities that you can have there I stayed in other places in UAE with better facilities I don’t recommend them to families That’s good for couples and maximum 2 nights

Didn't get time to explore Kaliba only the conservation...

Didn't get time to explore Kaliba only the conservation facility which was fantastic and the mangrove centre. Both exceptional. Cafe in Conservation centre is lovely and the restaurant overlooking the Hanging Gardens was perfect. Food, view and service all exceptional.

The service from the staff exceeded our expectations.

The service from the staff exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Joseph who went out of his way for our food preference, Haris for always being available and uvindu who was always available at the restaurant. We had the most peaceful and relaxing experience!

Kalba is amazing.

Kalba is amazing. The drive up to Kalba from Dubai is breathtaking. We drove on the road between the mountains and it was just wow. My Recommendation would be to atleast leave the retreat once and go up to the mountains.

The service was excellent.

The service was excellent. The room design/location was fantastic. The room was clean, the pool was clean, the view of the sea was wonderful, and the atmosphere was peaceful and private. The staff member, Maher, was excellent and available 24 hours a day. The breakfast was excellent. My rating for the hotel is 9/10, for Maher 10/10, and for the breakfast 9/10.
