We had a wonderful stay at the Hatta Fort Hotel. Although the facilities are older, it’s perfect for families with pools, animal feeding, kite flying, movie nights, etc. But what elevates this property is the customer service. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to Amal and the team in the restaurant. I follow a gluten free diet for medical reasons and they went out of their way to provide gluten free meal options every day of our stay.
