Everything. Location, facilities and staff. Value for money including a generous breakfast to fuel we fools who trek the 1000m to the Valbona Pass. The views all round were superb. There was one young lady on staff who had super English and could not have done more to help. I even showed her how to make a Gin and Lemonade for my wife. Just lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at this newly refurbished, family-owned hotel. The team was incredibly warm and welcoming, offering helpful local insights that was helpful. The owners are friendly and helpful. They speak English and perfect Italian. The room is perfectly clean. The bed is perfectly comfortable. The facilities are in order and perfectly clean. The accommodation (as described on booking) had the perfect temperature for autumn. The food (breakfast and dinner) was traditional and home made. It had everything that you need (from a hikers point of view - we eat a lot). Due to a rainy day we asked for umbrellas and they lent us theirs. Due to a bad weather (rain and thunderstorms) the electricity (during the night) in Theth was off, but the owners send a massages to everyone that the power generator will stay on. It was perfect! Please, keep the quality!!!

As the name suggests, a family guesthouse with very nice and helpful staf and a pleasant family atmosphere. Very good breakfast with fresh products. Location in the center of the village. There is a possibility to eat dinner in the evening. It was the best place during my journey in Albania.

This a beautiful location and a newly constructed beautifully finished room. The mattresses are very comfortable. The owner's restaurant by the river is the perfect setting. He is very nice and welcoming. It's an easy walk from Theth along a trail and on the trail to the Blue Eye. At night it's quiet and serene and just an idyllic spot to enjoy the mountain views and the blue water of the river.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and nice to us, (I assume) the son of the owners greeted us and communicated with us whenever we needed something. He spoke English quite well, so that was a nice positive. We ordered a dinner, which was very much worth it in my opinion and also a lunch pack. The rooms were clean and nice, seemed like a traditional kind of thing, so we enjoyed that.
