The host, I believe called Niko, was very friendly and hospitable from the start and throughout our stay. He helped us find the hotel when our maps weren’t working and helped with bags and recommendations. We were provided with a welcome gift as it was our anniversary and this was a lovely touch, thank you so much! Everything was spotlessly clean and super comfortable, I believe freshly renovated. Rooms were modern but the building itself maintained traditional charm and it mixes the two together. Location 10/10. Set back off the Main Street overlooking the garden, it was serene. We had dinner in the garden restaurant one night too and the live music makes a great atmosphere. Breakfast was good too. Well worth the price paid and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely spacious super clean room with lovely owners who were easily contactable our entire stay. We are backpackers and just stayed here the night after our hike for some comfort. Would 100% recommend staying here. It is a very new accommodation so doesn’t have many reviews yet, please don’t let this put you off booking your stay here. It was like home away from home. We liked the rooms, the decor of the place - and the hospitality of the staff (all of them were friendly, welcoming AND informative! They are doing a great job of promoting Shkoder as a tourist destination) Parking was also a reserved space right on the main street (don't worry, just park first and inform the hotel staff)

My 2 friends and I stayed here for one night before going to the Komani ferry port the next day. We got a taxi from the airport which was easy and not too expensive. The room was lovely, it was comfortable clean and modern! Badhi was so helpful, he organised our transport to the ferry port for us, walked us to meet the bus and prepared a breakfast to bring. Thank you!!

We stayed at Vila Sela in Shkoder and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The place is very cozy, with a stunning view over the sea — both during breakfast and at sunset, which was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. A special thank you to Elvis, the host, who was truly exceptional: always available, incredibly attentive, and genuinely kind. He made us feel at home from the very first moment. One morning, even though we had to leave early for Lake Komani, he prepared a special breakfast for us outside the usual hours — such a thoughtful gesture we won’t forget. I highly recommend Vila Sela to anyone visiting Shkoder. It was without a doubt one of the best experiences of our trip to Albania!
