This is a very new hotel which is still in the process of being finished. it was in a convenient location for us as we were cycling through the mountains and needed a place to stop. The room was really comfortable and clean and we particularly loved the bathroom. The windows were really sound proofed. The staff were very polite and helpful, particularly the young woman who was working when we visited - she made a lot of effort to communicate with us as we don’t speak Albanian.

We can’t rate our stay here highly enough, the view from the room (if you pick the room with the sea view) is stunning, and the hosts are absolutely amazing, they went out of their way to accomodate us. They even provide you with a full breakfast which was delicious, and they have a restaurant on site in a gorgeous setting overlooking Livadh beach. The rooms were nice, they had everything we needed but you definitely come here for the view and hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—close to both the city center and the beach, and very easy to reach. It was perfect. The location was perfect because 2 minutes away from Himarë by foot, so all restaurants and bars very accessible but quiet because a little apart. Right on the sea, amazing. With a gorgeous view of the village, mountains and sea. The room is tastefully furnished, quite big, with all facilities (mini fridge, coffee machine and boiler, TV). The bathroom is really nice with amazing bathtub; for end November/beg December, just perfect. Artemis, the host is a lovely host, very kind and available.

The view from our balcony at Stonevilla Buta is simply stunning. The room was modern and clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The wifi connection was great which was important as my husband was working whilst we were here. The room had a fridge which was useful and the shower was hot and good pressure. The property is slightly out of the centre and a short walk uphill but worth it every time for the views. Bora made us feel at home and went out of her way to get us a kettle and some mugs when we asked. She also dropped us at the centre of Himare on the day of departure which was great as we had so much luggage!
