A very new and clean apartment, one balcony with a beautiful view on the lake, plus a large terrace to have breakfast or dinner. Owners are very nice and full of smiles despite they only speak Albanian.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Golden Oak in Ksamil, Albania. The hotel is just a short walk from Ksamil Beach.The location is perfect—quiet enough to enjoy some peace, but close to restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with air conditioning,free parking The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions we had about the area. Everything was perfect.

This hotel is just the best in Albania for me ! Is one of the most professional with all accommodation and very beautiful design. The bed is so comfortable , the pillows. The balcony has a good view. But the best part is the hotel manager with his recommandations and advice. Ervin is the best. Not far from the beach the city and also 20 minutes to Saranda. In a quiet place to be honest stay here you’ll not regret

A modern, brand new hotel with all the comforts of home. The owner is very kind, attentive and did his best for the comfort and satisfaction of his guests. We have stayed in many hotels, but we have never had such a positive hotel experience, which is mainly due to the owner's attitude.

Everything was perfect. The housekeeping staff were very professional, and the entire hotel was well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was good, and our room had a superb view of the sea.

When it comes to beaches, Ksamil has everything: Very trendy, noisy and comercial areas, and some other that are more cozy, elegant and with "hidden gems" tag. Deja vu hotel is one of them. Its located quite near the center, but distant enough for you to enjoy some privacy & calmness. Nevertheless the nearest beach is 2m away waking distance and around the hotel there’s the best pizza in town, plenty quality supermarkets and some good restaurants. It is a new and shinny hotel that has all the modern confort your can expect, but with some delightful extras. My favourite is the Terrace Bar area, where you’ll have breakfast, or enjoy a drink or meal under a very friendly English speaking staff service. In my case, they were over the roof to see if my sick daughter & wife had all the support they needed. All the rooms have multiple electrical plugs located in convenient spots, and the toilets are modern, efficient & elegant. Balcony with external plug was also an appreciated must for those who had to work on the laptop like me. Cleanness is also an highlight. Everything was spotless. Breakfast is the traditional Bulgarian Menu, bit with extras like a crepe, cheese toast, different juices, etc… There is also an extended menu to choose from if you prefer different options. (But This ones are not included in the room price) On the top of this if you are travelling by car, parking can be a nightmare in Ksamil, but luckily not in this area. The hotel has also a private parking in the back for guests. Last but not the least, the staff! Makes the all difference when you feel welcomed and they are always there for you with a smile. We found the hotel in a last minute decision, so it was a moment of luck. Returning too Ksamil, I’ll know I’ll be back there for sure! Highly recommended.
