We wanted to visit Butrint and were lucky to find Villa 5 in Mursi which is only 15min drive away, including the ferry crossing. It is in a semi-rural setting next to the lake. The beautiful, modern, very spacious apartment is on the upper floor of the house and has a balcony looking across the lake. The hosts were very kind and hospitable, there was water and fruit in the fridge on our arrival. The breakfast was probably the best we had in Albania. We ate at the local bar/restaurant called Todi and had delicious fish.

We had a wonderful stay at Elio’s Room. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The location is perfect, right in the center, just steps from Poda Beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The highlight was definitely the stunning sunset view from the hotel, which made our stay unforgettable. We were really happy and amazed by the experience. Although our visit was just for one night, this newly opened hotel in Ksamil left a lasting impression. The rooms are incredibly cozy, with tasteful decor and well chosen furniture that gives a warm, inviting feel. Despite the short stay, the staff made a big impact - attentive, kind and ready to assist at every step to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. The breakfast was another standout- flavourful, generous and clearly prepared with care. A truly delightful place that we would happily return to for a longer stay.
