Thanassis is the greatest host, warm, friendly and accomodating. His somewhat remote place rewards you with new and spotless rooms, great views, a fantastic breakfast with local products and otherworldly serenity! Was there with my adventure bike, stayed for two nights and when I left, it felt that I was there for a whole week. The last 2,7 kms to Bujtina KOEL are off-road (starting from St. Mary's church in Labovë), but are manageable even with a normal car if you are careful. Just follow the blue signs to Bujtina KOEL. If you miss the first one, as you will be coming from the West into the village of Labovë, turn left when you face the church in front of you. We really liked the peaceful countryside setting, just a short drive from Gjirokaster but far enough to feel like a true escape. The peaceful countryside setting was a perfect escape from the busy town, offering fresh air, quiet surroundings, and beautiful views of the mountains and nature. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. We especially appreciated the tranquil atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after exploring the city. It felt more like visiting a home than just staying in a hotel. Just a note: all rooms were equipped with air conditioning, which wasn’t clear from the photos. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat close to Gjirokaster with an authentic countryside feel, Center Village Villa is a fantastic choice. We only stayed one night, but we’d happily come back for longer and with a bigger group.

A truly unforgettable stay! My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay. We enjoyed absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by endless greenery and right next to a historic site. The food, prepared by Gero, was absolutely delicious from traditional local dishes to his authentic pizzas, everything was full of flavor and made with care. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible team. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we definitely made new friends. A special mention goes to Agush ,unbelievably funny, full of energy, and truly the heart and soul of the hotel. He will forever have a special place in our hearts. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Everything was amazing! The place is huge and well renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with Everything you may need to cook. The owner also left some fruit coming from his own yard which was very tasty. He also gave us some fried pancake which were super good. He was an incredibly nice and friendly host. The place is super clean and there is plenty of space for 2 people. The villa is located 10 minutes by car from Girokaster with free parking just outside the building. If you have the car I totally recommend staying here instead of Girokaster that is not very accessible by car. This is the best place I've stayed in Albania for sure. Totally recommend! Thanks again to Shpati , the owner, for his kindness!

Inside it is very pretty and you feel the love used to provide vistors a pleasant stay. A highlight was the breakfast outside on the sunny terrace. Finally room price is more than fair.

This was my favorite hotel in Albania! The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. The location is perfect for visiting the castle and old town. The host Maradona was absolutely incredible! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left he was there to help. He gave us a lift to the old town (twice) and was just a super friendly and helpful at all times. We ate at his restaurant and the food was amazing too! Home cooked traditional food and good beer and wine. I will definitely return to this hotel again in the future. He made us feel at home and we really enjoyed our stay.
