Gorgeous room with ensuite, luxurious, huge towels and classy lining, beautiful bathroom, ambient lighting, parking outside the door, host was fantastic, great fella, no English but we got the gist, (when using the shower make sure the fan is on, door shut and window open). Mosquito nets on windows, good storage, fridge in room that was quiet. Barbers opposite speak great English if you need a translator. Quiet place, single storey, brand new, immaculately clean. Fantastic shower after 25000 steps on a hot day. A little trot (20 mins) to the main area but everything is by you. This is accommodation with four rooms. No kettle/coffee but load of local cafes (great coffee located behind the block opposite the police station that did a take away). Perfect for an overnight stay or two in Berat for an absolute bargain. We paid on arrival in Lek but I think euros would have been preferable.

That’s an absolutely great place to stay in Berat. Super clean, very friendly and helpful stuff, the room has everything, even a coffee machine!! The breakfast was fantastic, with everything you want..and, PS: a very good bed!!

Grandma (a very small woman) welcomed us warmly.

Grandma (a very small woman) welcomed us warmly. She didn't speak English, but video calling with her son was fantastic. Very helpful 👌🏻 You can park your car on the property behind the gate. You can get ice cream around the corner. The supermarket is within walking distance, so you have to take a car. Berat is a lovely tourist village. And tubing in the canyon is also a fun outing for the family.
