The location, just a few minutes from Skanderbeg Square was excellent. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety the 5th floor breakfast room had very good views. We had requested a shuttle from the airport and that went very smooth with the driver meeting us just as we came out of arrivals. And the shuttle was complimentary. While driving in, the driver, Kevin, I believe, gave us useful information about Tirana. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything is perfect, hotel is located in a nice area, 15 minute walk to the city center. The staff is polite, the rooms are spacious and the areas are very clean. The SPA is fantastic, it has jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, relax room and you can use them for 1 hour every day if you stay at the hotel. Salt Room and Massages are paid extra.

My stay at Vila Jasmine was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. A lovely hotel with great facilities and super friendly staff, especially the concierge's dog. That was a lovely welcoming. Spacious and clean room, well maintained and in good shape. We would have love to stay a bit longer.
