Just amazing ! The staff are very friendly, fantastic and easy going. They accommodated all our needs, let us check in earlier and check out very early with breakfast brought into our room out of hours. The facilities are stunning, the room is so nice, it makes you not want to leave, we had a room with a jacuzzi in it and oh my God, it was the best thing ever. The spa is designed so beautifully I didn't have enough, sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation zone, secret hidden spaces for you to relax, just perfect. I had a full body massage and that was fantastic. The food from the restaurant is very nice too and you can have it served just about anywhere you want on the property. Parking is available. The bathroom in the room has everything you need.

What I really liked the most was that we were one the first guest, everything brand new, near beach and the reception guy was really nice and helpfull. Highly recommended!

I had an wonderful stay at this hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless rooms and excellent service throughout – The staff was super friendly! The location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

There was a vast selection of breakfast dishes, which we did not expect. The staff were there to see to our every need, if we should have required more or something different. the hours for breakfast were long which was appreciated as we were not always up early.

Hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the beach and actually we have a room with the corner view of the sea. Every day the room was cleaned and the linens and towels were changed smelling fresh, snow-white. Friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and doing their best. We asked for change of balcony chair and it was immediately changed. We also used car rental reservations from the hotel and it was also very nice and reliable. Thank you very much :)

I want to thank the hosts for the wonderful 1 day experience that I had at Troy ApartHotel. Everything was perfect starting from the location, facilities and mainly hospitality. The location is just exactly where it has to be and I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit the beautiful city of Durres. Surely gonna come back.
