Fantastic location of the hotel, everything spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, extremely nice staff, and food, food cannot be described with the words... My husband and me have spent two beautiful nights here, out of season, no turists, perfect for battery recharge. After few hours of hiking, we enjoyed in saunas and swimming pool. The dinner was great, traditional and very tasty, for reasonable price. Breakfast is very rich, with a lot of fresh products, home made jams, and pita, and the best butter and honey that we have ever tried...With that energy, you are ready to go wherever you want. Although they have excellent coffee, when you come back from hiking don't forget to take çaj mali, mountain tea, which is great for your immunity system, among other things. This was one of the best place that we have visited in Albania, we are hardly waiting to come back in summer, and we will reccommend it to everyone!

Modern and cozy accommodation with beautiful hosts. Breakfast was divine and the woman who works there was very friendly and helpful. Accommodation is very, very clean and have everything you need. They are pet friendly too, we went with our dog. Definitely want to recommend this place and big thanks for everything.

We loved our stay at Geshtenja. The kindness and attentiveness of Zamira and her husband made our stay unique and simply amazing. The food was delicious and Zamira made vegetarian dishes for us as we don’t eat meat. The room is very spacious, with heating and aircon (we used the aircon as we travelled in summer), very comfy beds and a nice view. The location is nice if you’re looking to get away from crowded areas and looking for quiet and surrounded by nature. We’d love to be back! P.S.: Just a recommendation, if you follow google maps, will make you take a dirt pebble road and will take longer to get there. So from the main road (Rruga per Thethe), just take Rruga Reçit (a paved road, and definitely a shortcut) that will lead you directly to another paved road (where the restaurant/hotel is)
