Everything was very nice, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, good swimming pool, and excellent staff. We spent only one night here so we didn't have time to explore surroundings, but in a short hike we noticed a lot of beautiful hiking trails in this fascinating mountains. Although the premisses itself are not newly renovated, nor perfectly clean, it still deserves 10, and a recommendation.

We had a truly excellent stay at Hotel Porta e Alpeve. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless, and the facilities were modern and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the dinners were just as good — a real highlight of our stay. The hotel also has a lovely playing area for children, which was a great addition for families. Above all, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience feel very special. It was the perfect mix of comfort, great food, family-friendly facilities, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

beautiful Hotel with a fantastic view. The room was super clean and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner was delicious. Perfect spot to visit the Albanian alps. Especially the waiters were so friendly and welcoming.

Modern and cozy accommodation with beautiful hosts. Breakfast was divine and the woman who works there was very friendly and helpful. Accommodation is very, very clean and have everything you need. They are pet friendly too, we went with our dog. Definitely want to recommend this place and big thanks for everything.

We loved our stay at Geshtenja. The kindness and attentiveness of Zamira and her husband made our stay unique and simply amazing. The food was delicious and Zamira made vegetarian dishes for us as we don’t eat meat. The room is very spacious, with heating and aircon (we used the aircon as we travelled in summer), very comfy beds and a nice view. The location is nice if you’re looking to get away from crowded areas and looking for quiet and surrounded by nature. We’d love to be back! P.S.: Just a recommendation, if you follow google maps, will make you take a dirt pebble road and will take longer to get there. So from the main road (Rruga per Thethe), just take Rruga Reçit (a paved road, and definitely a shortcut) that will lead you directly to another paved road (where the restaurant/hotel is)
