I had a fantastic stay at this property for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my needs and I was able to easily access all the nearby amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I specifically booked an international chain hotel for my stay in Yerevan this time. I knew the weather will be hot and I need a good rest from the hassle of local ways of doing things. I really liked that the hotel was super quiet and the air conditioning worked perfectly without any noticeable noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is next to a nice small park.

Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The location couldn’t be better - it's just a 10-minute walk from Republic Square and the Cascade Complex, right in the heart of Yerevan. Plenty of shops and restaurants are 1-2 minutes away, making everything super convenient. Although the rooms are not big, they’re incredibly well thought out. They include everything you might need - from essential amenities and bath products to those tiny, useful items you don’t usually think about but end up needing. The staff put a lot of care into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The room itself was clean, cozy, and nicely arranged. We were even welcomed with some sweet treats and free bottles of water, which was such a kind gesture. But what made the stay special were the people. The staff were fantastic - always ready to help, whether it was giving directions, helping us arrange transport, or just being there whenever we needed something. Even after check-out, they let us store our luggage (and our friends' luggage too) in their luggage room since we had a very late flight. If you're visiting Yerevan, this hotel is a perfect choice. If we come back to Armenia, we won’t think twice about staying here again.

Location is perfect and any part of the Ciry Center is within walking distance. The foyer is quite grand with a lively bar and live music in the evening, piano and violin and during the day a nice place to just relax or do some work, the hotel restaurant has a good menu and the food standards are very good. The breakfast has something for everyone and they have a very good a la carte breakfast menu if you wanted something a little more special. The gym is not massive but adequate for purpose, and the Spa is also equipped with a big enough steam room and sauna for a few people with a small jacuzzi and a few beds to relax.
