Certainly, it’s the great job of housekeepers - Satenik and her family, and also of all those people, who had donated for that. The silence tourism, the being alone with nature and yourself, the domestic food, the warmest people in the world I Ve ever met - the armenian people - and beside that the very comfortable house, high standard of quality and hospitality - all this is the success key. My room was actually a small apartment with a bathroom and kitchen. The hotel is located right at the lake shore and has its own beach facilities. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. It's worth keeping in mind that the nearest grocery shop is almost 2 km away, but the hosts will gladly cook meals for you at affordable prices. The nature is the area is just amazing!

We had an amazing stay beyond our expectations in the mid-September. Sorrounded by crystal clear lake we enjoyed time chilling at the beach, swimming, relaxing in the sauna. There are other water activities offered by the resort available to try out ( sup, jet ski, scuba diving..). Ech minute was well spent. The friendly stuff is always around happy to help, give advice with all the hospitality.

The host is wonderful! What a sweet lady. The location is perfect. If you have (younger) children with you, this is the place! Great outdoor space and options to sit outside when it rains. The breakfast was really good and for diner we had multiple good options to choose from. Great rooms showers and comfy beds. At our stay we had really bad wheater but still a great stay! Extra +There is a (really) small shop nearby. It has some beers soda and vodka, cigarettes fruit en vegs and some basic household stuff +A few tracking routes start nearby the hotel. +Great rural place ++And again, the owner, she made the stay so good!

Our stay was beyond all expectations, the place has gorgeous views, room was nice and cozy, all the staff are always there to help with anything you could possibly need. Food in restaurant is delicious and overall atmosphere in glamping is soo great. Regret that had booking only for one night, for sure will return there for a longer stay.

It is very Good Spot with very Good Views😀😀....We loved the hospitality from Dilivita Rest House....we had chit-chat night with Home-made wines, Brandy and Vodka.....❤️❤️Those were the good moments we had captured from Dilivita Rest House❤️❤️ Must visit place, and if you plan to visit atleast plan for 2 days so that you can enjoy the Morning view and Night View🥰...The Director of Dilivita Rest House was treating me like his Grandchildren...Thank you for all the Great Hospitality ❤️
