Nestled in the iconic, picturesque nature of Armenia, Dream Hotel provided us with an exceptional stay that we will remember fondly for years to come. The staff’s dedication, the comfort of the accommodation, and the delightful homemade food all contributed to an extraordinary experience, even amidst unexpected challenges. Our stay coincided with a severe weather disaster on May 26, 2024, which caused the Debed River to flood and led to disruptions in electricity and gas. However, the hotel staff's resilience and commitment to our safety and comfort were truly remarkable. They worked tirelessly throughout the night to resolve all issues, allowing us to sleep peacefully despite the circumstances. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the staff's culinary skills. With nearby restaurants closed due to the crisis, they managed to prepare incredibly tasty homemade meals that made us feel at home. This resourcefulness and dedication to our satisfaction truly enhanced our stay during the challenging times. Special mention goes to the manager, who was not only instrumental in managing the emergency but also helped us find an alternative path to leave after we decided to extend our stay by an additional day. Their invaluable guidance and support showcased the hotel's commitment to its guests. Despite the challenges posed by the natural disaster, the team at Dream Hotel turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and memorable experience. Thanks to their exceptional service and care, we were able to fully enjoy the breathtaking surroundings of Armenia without worry. We highly recommend Dream Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and serene getaway in Armenia. The beautiful location, coupled with the outstanding dedication of the staff, makes it a top choice for travellers from all over the world. We had a wonderful stay at Kefilyan Family Hotel (booked it for a night). The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals. I would highly recommend this place to stay especially during the winter/cold season to enjoy the weather and views.

We ordered a dinner from the host, the dinner is too enrich, and it's nice the host provided the breakfast in free of charge. The location is very good and about 5 mins walk to the monastery.

Most tourists come to Haghpat for just the monastery. Then they will miss this pearl. We had an excellent stay at Mary's guesthouse. She was very welcoming and made us feel at home. She made a very delicious and authentic dinner. The village and it's surroundings are beautiful to wander around by sunset.

If you want authentic local contact, a very nice stay! Very sympathic host, who can make you diner using their own garden harvest. Very affordable price to. Small village, still we had a hard time finding the accommodation. Highly recommended.

Friendly host, great breakfast, the owner even prepared dinner for me late in the evening. Excellent beds, kitchen, furniture, bathroom. Very clean. Free parking. Alaverdi is perfect location to visit the convents/churches and the canyon. If I'll ever visit Alaverdi again, I definitely will stay in this hotel again.
