Attractive old hotel, large room with a separate lounge area in a quiet steet not far from the cathedral and shops. very helpful staff and good breakfast. Everything was clean and worked well. Very good value.

We felt like family! We have spent 4 nights at Arman's place, and we can only recommend it to everyone! If you are looking for a friendly, cozy, local and familiar stay in Vanadzor, this is the place to be. The house has a nice garden and it is very quite. It is a little outside of the busy centre and has a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains (but is still very close to go everywhere in the city, shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby). The house has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook at home. You can have a delicious and abundant typical Armenian breakfast on request. Arman and his wife have been very helpful with all our needs. We hope to come back someday and recommend this guest house to all travelers looking for a warm and peaceful stay!
