Exceptional breakfast cooked for you at the moment you arrive, very healthy (see picture) with omelette, soft cheese, fish, bread and avocado. Tea/cofee available during the day. Special area open for all guests to work during the day. They give you a towel and a pair of slippers, but be ready to bring your own toiletries.

The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. The location is a bit far from the city center, but the room was very clean and a good size. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Overall, great value for the money!

Breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and quite big. The hotel is a little bit far from the city centre, but you can easily reach it by taxi for about 3-4 $. I highly recommend this hotel for your trips.

The hotel is just great,the best one of the Armenia trip. The reception(specially Miss lily) is so kind and patient ,she speaks good English and easy to communicate with. Room is spacious and clean with air conditioning,refrigerator and that everything you need when traveling. Breakfast is also beautiful and good service.The hotel parking space is very big.

Tamara is the best host!:) Really helpful and kind! The hotel is good, just perfect location few minutes from metro and bus stations, there are a lot if cafes, shops and banks there. The room was nice, and the breakfast too. Definitively we will stay only there if we'd go to Yerevan once again. We felt like at home!

One of the best stays I've ever had! The place was magnificent, with decorative items from countries along the Silk Road. Besides, it offers some handicraft workshops with friendly prices. I booked a kilim class and met an instructor who spoke excellent English. She is a PHD student who's truly passionate about learning history and culture. I was also lucky to meet 3 colleagues of hers: a rug weaver, a traditional costume designer, and a young man who played piano beautifully. The whole experience was magical.

This is an absolutely unique place in Yerevan, mainly because of the manager. She is extremely friendly and open to all requests from guests, which she fulfills “with her heart on her sleeve.” The hotel itself is small but well-kept and clean. The location is very good - close to the metro and bus, but also within walking distance of the city center. Breakfasts are fairly standard, but every day there was some additional tasty item on the menu. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place, and for me it will definitely be my first choice on my next visit to the city.
