I absolutely loved this property. It was very cheap for a last minute Booking when all properties in the area were either unavailable or out of budget. It’s a great base to explore Jermuk and Tatev as well as Areni. The room was super clean, comfortable bed, great AC in these very hot July days and very bright with 3 windows Super convenient access to food court and supermarket and parking right in front of entrance door. Although it is located on the main road full of trucks and cars I didn’t hear a single thing at night Although we had very limited interactions all the staff are very kind and welcoming

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Edgar genuinely cared about making sure we had the best stay possible, and he absolutely succeeded! A special thank you to his father, who went out of his way to help us find a medieval bridge we had been looking for earlier in the day. He even offered to show us around Yeghegis the following day, despite having work commitments. This is not just a place to stay, it’s a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
