Every hotel has its strengths and shortcomings, but ultimately, it’s the overall experience that shapes your impression. I’m giving Andor a 10 out of 10 — not just because of its facilities, but because of the outstanding customer service provided by the hotel manager, Tatevik. Although Tatevik was away during our stay and we didn’t get to meet in person, she was incredibly helpful and responsive through phone communication. Her attention and support really stood out and made a difference in our experience. We were a group of five friends staying in three separate rooms. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were just right. Breakfast wasn’t self-service, but it was of good quality and we were satisfied. What we especially enjoyed was the social vibe of the hotel. Many solo travelers were staying there, and the common areas made it easy to sit down, chat, and connect with people from different cultures — a lovely touch that made the stay feel warm and communal.

1. I love the breakfast. The option is not too variable, however the taste is very good. And they regularly change the main course. 2. The staffs. They were very friendly and informative to all of my needs. 3. The location. It is near to many tourist attraction and cafes, supermarkets, etc. 4. Kitchen utensils. We always want to come back here because of food!

We always want to come back here because of food! The places are also great to visit especially it's rich with history and a lot of things to still discover around even within the city alone. Great place to visit especially if you have few days to spare only. Easy to get around by foot within the city and prices are cheap and value for money. Take tour trips once you're in the city as you get better rates and they all provide good tour options.

Yerevan is ok, very expensive bars and restaurants overall. a lot of pollution probably normal in november make the scene a bit dull. nightlife ok but you need to know where to go, people still smoke in the bars. I prefered a lot of outside the city in lake and mountain towns.

We spent three days in Yerevan and absolutely fell in love with the city. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, with a unique charm that blends history and modern life effortlessly. The people were incredibly welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, and their warmth made us feel at home from the very first day. The food was outstanding—rich flavors, generous portions, and a culinary culture that invites you to slow down and truly enjoy every meal. The city itself is clean, easy to explore on foot, and full of beautiful spots where you can pause and soak in the views. Whether wandering through its lively streets, enjoying the rhythm of everyday life in cozy cafés, or watching the city glow in the evening light, Yerevan has a way of staying with you. It’s a place that feels both familiar and exciting, and we left already thinking about when we might return.

It's a beautiful city with history.

It's a beautiful city with history. One of the first with a Christian (Orthodox) faith. With very delicious food and small prices. The vernissage market is a charm. And I recommend you to see the evening city. The cultural program is wonderful.

Friendly population, very good food restaurants (although service in Armenia is something to get used to, it's really culture)... A clean, cozzy, safe city worthwhile visiting as well as the other parts of Armenia. Without exception, they all smile if you thank them in their local language (as it's very hard to remember :-)). I certainly recommend all my friends to put it on their list.

Many places to see.

Many places to see. The city is perfect for taking a walk, because of many parks, lots of cafes and good behaviors of drivers towards pedestrians. In addition I found that local people are polite and warm.

Time Hotel Yerevan is a new hotel in Town. I was very lucky to spend my first night in Yerevan there. The hotel arranged a pickup for me from the airport wich was very helpful as the time of the arrival was early morning hours! Everything was clean and everyone very friendly. I definitely recommend everyone to stay there! The location of the Hotel is the best! Near the center but also in a peaceful area. Thanks for everything!

This is a brand new hotel, far from the city center which makes it really QUIET. I enjoyed the view to the older city part, so natural and cozy. Air conditioning worked fine, this is really important in Armenia. The bed was comfortable as well. There is a good grocery nearby working till late hours. I will come back for sure. The location is the best - right in the city center. The hotel is located in the yard and it was very quiet. The hosts are very nice and helpful, they allowed to check in earlier and check out later. The room is warm, clean and tidy, with a small fridge. The Internet connection is OK, you can make video calls.
