A gorgeous and spacious home. It was stunning to look out at the Alps and the llamas on the farm next door from the hot tub and sauna. A great half way point from all of the big city tourism at the start and end of our vacation. We loved the ability to do laundry, cook our own meals and have a bit more room.

The location is perfect if you want to visit towns around Salzburg, or cross to Germany. The room was big enough for two persons and comfy. The view to the mountain is very nice and there’s a nice river nearby where you can take a walk. The restaurant is located across the street with good breakfast and delicious dinners.

Everything was good, right from cleanliness, location, public transport, things to do around, breakfast, the staff, accessibility to Salzburg. Our room had small kitchen with plates, microwave, stove top, refrigerator. They have indoor and outdoor play area. Free parking. Free coffee round the clock. We loved the host who was so kind and helpful to us. The location was excellent, as the train station is right by the accommodation (1 min away) so it was very easy and convenient to go to Salzburg by train and not worry about the car and parking. We were also provided free train tickets by the hotel which was wonderful. The hotel itself is very cozy and warm and the breakfast was excellent.

It is time to come up with a new rating system for hotels like Neuwirt. Five stars do not capture the uniqueness and perfection of this place which is newly renovated keeping with the authentic style of the region while also providing modern comforts. The old part of the building provides newly renovated simply designed rooms with the most luxurious beds. The rooms in the new part are uniquely designed each offering an unbelievable living experience. Our room had a sauna (which we did not use) and a bathroom with a shower that could fit 6 people. The beds are placed in a way that allows to look out the large patio doors to see the sky. The new rooms have a quiet AC, but we did not use it and opened our doors instead. The best way to describe our experience is to say that we forgot we were in a hotel. We felt home. We loved the restaurant which serves typical meat heavy Austrian food. Delicious.

Everything was perfect. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was friendly, location is perfect. Near mount Untersberg, good places to walk around, explore, and hike. Hotel staff is amazing. Good attention to detail. Had a fantastic time here. One of the best hotel experiences I ever had!
