This was not the first time I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is managed professionally. I like the location. Spital am Pyhrrn is also a good base also for visiting the surrounding region.

It was an interesting experience, staying in the old farmhouse from the 1800s. It is a farm, so obviously, there are animals - cats, dogs, goats, sheep, ducks, chickens, rabbits, even quails...Kids were allowed to pet them. Facilities and decorations are in line with the country life, so do not expect flat screen tv, or actually any tv :-). There is plenty of parking space right outside of the house and this accommodation is ready to take a good care of your ski equipment. We enjoyed the traditional breakfast made with local stuff. Owner Rudy is a special kind of person. Very cordial, ready to help, and trying to make your stay pleasant. I hope he will be able to keep this attitude as long as possible.

There were several welcome things we didn't expect. I don't want to spoil what these were, so others will be surprised as well. ;) The apartman was really clean and tidy. Parking was "reserved" and right at the entrance, so we only had to carry our luggages for about 6 meters. Our hosts even offered the courtyard, their trampoline for our kids and even the barbecue spot. I highly recommend for anyone who is going to this part of Austria.

We stayed with family for one night and the apartment was absolutely great – very well equipped. The owners were very nice and friendly, and they had thought of everything, even a few toys for the kids, which we really appreciated. The location is also great, and we can only recommend it. 👌🏻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by both hosts. Beer and a snack as a welcome treat :-) Parking is available on the property. Everything was very clean and tidy, fully equipped—we basically felt at home. I highly recommend this lovely accommodation to everyone.

Small and clean village.

Small and clean village. The air was good and there are a lot places in the mountains to go. Nothing special to do there. The locals were very friendly and welcoming. Easy to get by car, there are places to park.

The nature reserves are worth seeing!

The nature reserves are worth seeing! It's indescribable - I was lucky and found times when no car was driving in my direction for a whole 3 hours. But hardly anyone will drive these roads at those times.
