It is a very nice hotel. Location is excellent, right on the slopes so proper ski in and ski out. Food was also good. We also liked the welness area. The room was very quiet and dark at night. The beds were also comfortable.

We stayed only one night but it was an amazing experience. Everyone extremely nice and friendly. Delicious breakfast with so many options. Plus the perfect natural flowers on every table 🙏. Beautiful spa and sauna area chill out place and very relaxing. Hotel is in the center of Neustift but quiet place with nice garden and big parking place. All staff family is very pleasant and taking time for short talk about our stay. Very good breakfast and nice dinners. Great place for holidays

The dinner was perfect! (Not Kosher( Very beautiful and peaceful view. The stuff was very nice. It is 25-30 minutes drive from Stubai glacier for ski/snowboard. I saw there also a really close bus station from the hotel if you travelling without a car.

This is an excellent hotel. Family friendly and luxurious without being pretentious. All the staff are superb. From the moment we arrived until the time we left the staff were amazingly kind and generous to my family. Stunningly picturesque setting. We will return.
