We travel in summer. Outside was 30 C, but in the room it was nicely cold just exactly to sleep in the cosy beds. The room in the ground floor overlooking the field. In the morning we heard singing of the birds.The bathroom was clean. The Landlords are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, we recommend home made bread and marmalade. Of course you can have eggs, yogurt, pepperoni and ham. If it's on our way we stay here.

Fantastic place, I think the best one since I started booking apartments (instead of hotel rooms). Very clean and with every thing I needed. The area is very quiet. For the city center you better take the car which finds a super parking in the property. Only WiFi was instable (highs and lows) but I was in Wels not for to stay online... By next occasion in the area I certainly will try to book again there.

New, cosy, pet friendly which is a deal breaker for me, location, parking in front of the house, big spacious room and bathroom, comfy bed, great atmosphere, really good breakfast, tea or coffee is available for free at any time, which in Winter time is wonderful to warm up a bit.
