We liked the cleaness and the facilities of the apartmen. Everything was nice and tidy. In the beginning, we were sceptical about the heating, but it worked perfectly even for the semi wet gloves and ski boots. The host is great and always there to help. We were very pleased by the location of the apartment. Although quitness can depend on other guests in house but we did't have any complaints and stayed one more day.

We’ve been staying at lots of accommodations on our frequent journeys through Germany and Austria, but this place STANDS OUT ! It is not just the standing location and the villa itself,it’s the family who runs the place. From the reception to the dinner in their restaurant the owner made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was extraordinary. Practically a private luxury buffet, which is insanely diverse and high quality, with nice enterior, view and service. I have never had such an exclusive experience, though I am very critical and had been to quite a few places and have written a bunch of rather rude critics. The mansion is absolutely demandingly romantic with lake view, private lake floating platform, relaxing facility and private pier, all in all a dream tale.

The town is great, with a lot of activities for kids, the only dowside is that the information regarding the opening hours are not updated on the internet, the knowladge of english in different shops/restaurants is quite poor and the information regarding the erlebnis card are not clear. The best place for kids is Familywald.

It is a nice, quiet neighbourhood. It is easy to get around the village but the footpath leads directly along the railway line. The supermarkets are close and well stocked. Public lighting is weak and going out at night is not pleasant.

Calm and remote little village with a few restaurants and two supermarkets. Great access to the lake and a few lake cafes. If you like quiet and individual travels, this is a place for you. Swimming, hiking, biking, boating etc. is all great here.

Bodensdorf offers everything a holidaymaker could want. There are two supermarkets that stock all your daily needs. With its restaurants and leisure activities, Bodensdorf is well-equipped. Its beautiful location on Lake Ossiach includes a boat landing from which other ports on the lake can be reached.

From this location, you can go in all directions: Faker See, Osiacher See, Worther See, etc. You can quickly reach Slovenia and Italy. We've also taken beautiful walks and bike rides. We recommend purchasing a Carnten card.

Beautiful, quiet location – centrally located for many excursions such as Minimundus, Landskron Castle with its Monkey Mountain, Pyramidenkogel, trampoline park, climbing park, Klagenfurt, and Villach are all easily accessible. Hiking, running, and cycling directly from the house to the lake are no problem at all. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance.

If you want to visit the area (we bought the Kärtnen card and visited 10+ attractions nearby), this is the perfect location (boat pier at the hotel beach, train stop next to hotel, a very nice restaurant across the street, 15min drive from Villach, 35min from Klagenfurt, 15~45min drive from most of interesting attractions in Corinthia...). Room and facilities are rather small but very comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Amazomg location...lawn with loungers directly on the lake and small jetty do you can swim. Can also take a bost from the jetty to other parts of the lake. Train stop also directly by hotelto allow travel to other villages nearby. Big room, nice breakfast and friendly staff.
