All of the staff members I interacted with were extremely kind and thoughtful! I felt well taken care of. They even came up to get me when my food order arrived and I didn't receive the call to pick it up. My room was clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious!

The hotel is new, and it shows everywhere from the restaurant and bar downstairs to the hallways leading to the rooms and the rooms and suits everything smells and feels new and crisp. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests we made, so the level of customer service and hospitality is at par with a hotel of this rating. Also, kudos to the cleaning staff who did an amazing good of turning the room back to its neat original condition every day and the level of detail in doing their job. The location is very central 10 min walk to the commercial district with all the shops and cafes and museums. The suite we stayed at was clean, spacious, with a mini bar and fridge full of complementary goodies. The bathroom had all the amenities you would expect. The breakfast was really good with a good selection of cold spreads, salads, yogourts, breads, and an egg station for your favourite egg style with an extensive bar for drinks including fresh juieces and champagne for those who would like to start the day on a higher note :)

An amazing hotel, the service is great, the rooms are cozy, and the breakfast is delicious. It's a bit outside the city on some hill, so you better be with car or ready to walk a little bit to the nearest bus or s-bahn station, but it's worth every step, the view is just astonishing and the place is so quiet and picturesque.

We stayed here as a family, had a marvelous time, explored the area and had easy access to Salzburg and surroundings. This is a wonderful unit ample space and tranquility is on top of the list. Excellent service and well equiped self contained kitchen.

Eugendorf is a town/village close to Salzburg, which was ultimately our destination. Eugendorf had good amenities (shops and restaurants). The bus connection to Salzburg is excellent. We also enjoyed some lovely walks in the immediate vicinity of Eugendorf.

Great guest house, near to cosy village.Supeior hospitality, clean and wide room.Delicous breakfast accompanied by birdsongs in a peaceful saloon.Location is great if you are driving from Vienna direction by a car. There is a bus station so close to guest house. So it is so easy to arrive to Salzburg by bus. On other hand great hub point to visit lakes which has clear water arround this region.It was a wonderful feeling to drive serenely through hundreds of farms among lush forests and pastures.

Fantastic location, large room with fridge, all very clean, a garage for bikes and a really good restaurant with a terrasse. Good breakfast. But the best thing was that every single member of staff, from owners to reception to restaurant staff to the room cleaners, was friendly, helpful and seemed happy to work there. Such a difference from many hotels in a tourist region.

Very good location, 20 minutes to Salzburg or lakes. Good breakfast, but we missed something warm like eggs. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom was big and clean, warm floor is a big plus, relax zone is charming.

An expert modernisation of an old ski hotel. Fresh while keeping sight of the past. Every room seems to have a balcony with a great view. The restaurant was also excellent.
