This traditional, lovingly renovated hotel is located in the picturesque Gail Valley in Southern Carinthia, only a few kilometres away from the A2 motorway and the Italian and Slovenian borders.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. What we appreciated the most was the friendly and very helpful staff, thanks to which the hotel has a great atmosphere. The rooms are well equipped, clean, cleaned every day. The restaurant cooked very well, we also enjoyed breakfast very much. The location is very quiet, nice environment, safe parking in the yard. The hotel is located close (1km) to the main road leading to the Nassfeld ski resort, you don't have to climb anywhere high into the mountains, the journey to the cable car takes exactly 30 minutes. There are two shops nearby, Spar and Billa, and Eni gas station.

Spacious and comfy appartment in a quiet area. We had everything we needed for 3 nights there. Our host Margareta was extremely kind and generous, the best host we've ever had! She gave us fresh eggs and tomatoes and had prepared drinks for us that we found in the fridge. We strongly recommend this place and will come back if we are in the region again.

Everything : very clean, quiet and well-appointed small suite, with dining area and kitchenette - this proved very important as all the local restaurants were closed on an out-of-season Monday night, but we were able to cater for ourselves (there's a convenient large grocery next door). Check-in simple, friendly staff, Christian was very helpful. The gym is available to use. Good parking. All in all, a nice stay and very good value for money.

    Josefine and her daughter gave us a friendly welcome at their beautiful apartment. It's 25min from Nassfeld Ski Resort, has private parking space for 2 cars, and was comfortable for 9 people. Has big enough room for after ski activities and a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Lovely house with helpful and flexible hosts who were always available. Special thanks to welcoming us in the Alte Post Hotel's sauna nearby.

    Hotel is located 30 minutes away by car from Nassfeld ski cable car. There are two grocery shops in that small town which work untill 6 p.m. Hotel is pretty quite. You can sleep well and rest yourself.
