For us the top surprise was the food. We expected buffet dinner but it was gourmet dinner, nicely presented. Tastes we’ve never experienced before. Another unexpected highlight for us was the ski dry room to warm up your boots after a day on the slopes. Add the indoor pool to the list for maximum relax while you wait for the dinner to be ready.

A very well kept pension with breakfast in the heart of a small village in the Alps. Lovely view from the balcony. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet. There were a few restaurants in the area, one nearby but it closes very early. The host was very informative and breakfast was very typical for Austria but fresh and good. There is a lift to get to the upper floors for those with more limited ability.

Everything looks solid, new, tidy and clean, very well fitting the spirit of Serfaus village, that looks too nice to be true. Nice balcony and kitchenette made me pity that I couldn't use them longer. The village is nice and quiet, so the sleep is deep and relaxed. We could also find a place in underground garage of the hotel, which is a huge plus for a hot day. The Summer card, sold at tiny price at the hotel, saves huge amounts on cable cars that you'd pay if you are not staying in the village. And the time spent in the mountains over Serfaus is quality time!

This place is a little gem in a beautiful location. Lovely clean rooms. Our host was fantastic and very friendly. We had some of the best food in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent 😋. Wish we could move in.

    A scenic small village, far enough from the busy roads, but near to Landeck and several ski resorts. It has a small, but beautiful castle, which is unfortunately can't be visited, because it was privatized. A great location to stay during ski or summer holidays. People can really relax here without any useless luxurious or posh services, only the authetic Tirol village vibe.

    Fliess is great for a visit on its own: the Venet ski area, the castle, the churches, the museum, mountain walks… Another great thing is it’s well connected to the rest of the Tyrol (and since Roman times: funded on Via Claudia) and ski areas like Fiss or Ischgl are less than 1 hour drive away, allowing a convenient stay without the crowds of the ski resorts.

    The property was modern, comfortable, good views from balcony. It was a very friendly and homely accommodation. Fliess was a bueatiful place with supermarket and eateries nearby. There was many walks to do from Fliess and many places to drive to Would definitely recommend it

    Clean, well-equipped, and huge apartment on a great location. The house lady is also very kind and helpful. There is also a dedicated opportunity by the local accommodations for a ski bus to Fiss. The panorama is also spectacular.
