This is a well managed family boutique hotel which boasts new, clean and sharp rooms. They are generally spacious and the balconies have beautiful scenic views. The breakfast quality is also very good! The family that manages this hotel is very helpful and available for any support. Hotel looks like very new, apartments modern and nice, clean. Perfect servis and great breakfast. You need to count with 15 mins walk to hill in case you will not use car to visit downtown. Swimming pool great. Price include ZELL AM SEE-KAPRUN SUMMER CARD, which save a lot of money to visit numerous costly atraction around.
