The room was clean, spacious and had a nice balcony and view. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of different options. There is also an on-site restaurant serving authentic homemade food. It gets 10/10 and is open from 11:30 am, so you can have lunch and dinner there. I would recommend eating there whenever you can. There are also plenty of vegetarian and vegan options at breakfast and in the restaurant.

The hotel was great our family room was massive, very comfortable and clean with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and helpful on the front desk, in the restaurant and at the bar. The spa and pool facilities were great and the kids loved the pool and so nice that it is still warm when outside in the cold.

The room is perfectly designed. I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels. This Hotel was the most welcoming one. The room tempreature was adjusted to the cold winter weather outside and it was warm and welcoming. The hotel'facilities like Indoor pool, spa, etc were excellent to get relaxed and gain energy for the next day. The Breakfast was by far the best one I had in Austria.

Friendly staff, quiet, safe location, plenty of parking, tasty breakfast, 2 big gardens very well maintained. It doesn;t serve dinner, but there are restaurants 10 min walk away from the hotel. The hotel is only 10km (20min) away from central Salzburg by car. The bus station is around the corner. The Eagle's Nest and the Rossfeld Panorama Strasse (Panoramic highway) are only 20 min away by car. The cable car is 5 min drive or 20 min walk away from the hotel. You can hike to the same location (Untersberg) (1300m ascent) from parking situated 5 min drive away - get there early as it gets filled up pretty quickly. You can rent bikes from the hotel and take advantage of the multiple trails that go to the city or neighbouring villages or towns.
