I love this hotel! A really great, distinctive modern building that provides outstanding views from the bedrooms, which are spacious, well fitted out and spotlessly clean. The location in Hall im Tirol is great. The town is interesting and it’s a short trip into Innsbruck by either car or bus. The staff are amazingly friendly, and the bar/lounge and restaurant are great places to relax after a day of sightseeing or trekking etc! Plus there’s secure parking in the basement garage.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of April 2025. Everything was PERFECT from check in till check out. The room is very same as shown on the booking.com site. They gave us Innsbruck Travel Pass which I could use in public transport for free. They also help me with the direction & bus to reach their place from the train station. I would recommend it to others.

The staff is just amazing! They have big hearts and always ready to help the guests. I already miss the staffs who say HELLO to you with warm hearts. Linda was superb with the help of making reservations of my train which was a little complicated for me as foreigners. Furthermore, the breakfast is incredibly beautiful and the healthy ingredients are all from the regional farmers! I really liked being at the beautiful Cafe where they serve breakfast. :) Visiting Innsbruck again, I'd definitely come back the hotel!

The property seems great in the pictures but that is far...

The property seems great in the pictures but that is far from the truth. On booking.com pictures of a modern facility are shown but once you are there they will allocate you in rooms in the old property (nothing like the one on the picture)!!! It is far from a four star facility, it seems more like a youth hostel: Room temperature was 28 degrees (no A.C - upon complaint we were advised by the hotel staff to sleep with open windows) there were hairs on the bed, floor and side table. Most of breakfast items were out by 8 so try to have breakfast before 8!! I will definitely never stay in this property again because it is a waste of money.

Hall in Tirol is a large Village Small Town 22km from Innsbruck.It consists of the Old town surrounded by New Build in the oldstyle which mixes very well. The local people are extremely and helpful to visitors. Public transport between other villages and Innsbruck is excellent and frequent and you can obtain from the Tourist Information centre a 3 5 or 7 day City pass.which gives you not only free regional transport but free access to museums and other such places of interest but also a free ride on two cable cars. The Nordketter and the Pachekofel. Which was only replaced some 10yrs ago. There is so much to see and do in the region that I could spend all night. Enough for now.

Lovely old town with medieval buildings, town square with public water cisterns. Elegant shops, varied restaurants and friendly clubs. The steep hills are a bit of a challenge coming down if there is snow on the ground.

Very bad for a 4 star hotel.

Very bad for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast very poor, coffee and drinks poor. Food selection poor. Rooms clean, but the table was wobbly, bathrobes hard, they probably don't use fabric softener. SPA without service, one day even the saunas were turned off. I rate the hotel from 10 points to 3 points. I don't recommend it. They should change the hotel to 3 *. Then it would suit the facilities and breakfast and the whole complex.

Hall is a very beautiful town with narrow streets.

Hall is a very beautiful town with narrow streets. There is no car traffic in the town center. Those who love the mountains and hiking will find them very close by. There are lovely restaurants and cafes for eating and relaxing. Definitely recommended.

Basic hotel located in quiet part of the city near the historical core. There are plenty of restarurants, bistros and cafes nearby. The rooms are soundproofed, WiFi is fast. Room equipment is basic, without mini-bar, but still comfortable enough. Check-in and check-out was without issues. The staff is kind and professional. The breakfasts were rich and delicious.
