The owner is very kind and chearful. The place is very nice and coasy, apartment was well equiped and very clean. We were very satisfied with the kitchen. You can use sauna and steam bath without extra charge. They have enough parking space with easy access to ski storage and they have enough heaters for the boots for all guests. The view from the balcony is awsome! We recomend this place and would definitely come again!

The house is in a mountain area with beautiful panorama, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and most of all, the family was super nice and helpful. And as a bonus, there were some cute animals around the house (goats, cows, kittens!) which the kids loved!

Our two-night stay was a wonderful experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the quiet atmosphere—likely due to the off-season in October—made it even more relaxing. The restaurant’s menu was fantastic and added a special touch to our vacation. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for hiking enthusiasts. I don't know where to start... the hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet place where time seems to have stood still. The apartments are spacious. We were greeted by a baby cot and a high chair... completely free of charge. The staff is friendly and approachable. They serve homemade products for breakfast. The wellness area is a big plus, the saunas are wonderful. We can't wait to come back.

I would rate this hotel 20 out of 10 if I could- one of the best hotels Ive ever been to- and I’m travelling a lot. Quiet, spacious, clean, great views, excellent breakfast, friendly host. Sauna for 4 people(infra red, turkish, russian) included in price, also there is on site laundry facility. Grocery superstore 10 min away, pretty close to best hikes in the area- Tre Cime and Schtrudelkopf are both under an hour drive. Excellent stay, thank you Beatrix!

very nice breakfast with a lot of local specialties. The host give very good introduction to all the different tastes and options. The hotel is located in a very nice and calm valley - even its to the main road, the rooms are located on the backside and there is very little traffic.

We took advantage of having fresh bread and local fresh organic products (milk, eggs, ...) delivered by the accommodation provider. Beautiful view from the windows on Kartitsch and the mountains around. We had 3 rooms with bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen in one of them.
