A Wonderful Stay at a Family-Owned Gem - Post Krimml Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming, family-owned hotel, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. Due to bad weather, I arrived much later than expected—around 11:00 PM—well after the reception had closed at 8:00 PM. However, they thoughtfully left my key card in the mailbox, allowing me to settle in seamlessly for the night. The following morning, I went to the reception, where I was greeted with such warmth and kindness. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy for me as a non-German speaker. Not only was the service fantastic, but they also provided me with two complimentary cards: one for free entry to the Krimml Waterfall and the other, a summer card with additional perks. Their breakfast was simply amazing—delicious and plentiful. The room itself was very comfortable and relaxing, with all the amenities I needed. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view from my balcony, where I could actually see the stunning Krimml Waterfall. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the beauty of the surroundings, made my stay truly unforgettable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Post Krimml Hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay with excellent service, great amenities, and an unbeatable location

This place was truely amazing. The hotel itself looks like a beautiful modern castle a bit outside the city of Gerlos, surrounded by snowy plains and mountains. Rooms are surprisingly big, very modern while having a warm wooden touch, very clean, excellent bathroom facilities. Sauna and Swimmingpool are beautiful. Food was exceptional (!). While breakfast and lunch were buffets with a great variety, also for vegans, Dinner was a 5 course menu a la carte - with quality of a Michelin Starred restaurant. I could write an essay alone about the food. Staff was world class - friendly, approachable, compentent. Milan from the Restaurant staff was an exceptional host. Ski lift to Zillertal Arena is one street crossing away from the main entrance. Perfect. Overall, we felt like in a dream - thus I can confirm the name of this hotel being more than accurate. Travelling a lot around the world using hotels, this is one of the Top3 stays in my life. Thank you to the Hollaus Family for creating this beautiful place.

Every aspect of our stay at Ursprung exceeded our expectations. Service: 10/10 Despite initially booking two separate rooms for two days, the staff at Ursprung went above and beyond to arrange for us to stay in a single room. The service was impeccable, with room service always prompt and attentive. Our room was flawlessly clean, with every corner meticulously maintained. Additionally, they even provided a comfortable and spacious baby cot for our little girl, which she absolutely adored. Food: 10/10 Without a doubt, Ursprung served us the best breakfast we've had in all of Europe. The selection was extensive and the dishes were freshly baked and cooked to perfection. Location: 10/10 Unlike other places we've stayed at, Ursprung is situated in a vibrant area with restaurants and pubs that remain open well into the night. The stunning view from the hotel is second to none and truly breathtaking. As we checked out, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a delightful gift of homemade jam and chocolates. This thoughtful gesture added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our overall experience at Ursprung.

I can’t speak highly enough of the fantastic Hotel Hubertus. The location is beautiful, the facilities are great, the food and drinks are delicious and the staff are simply amazing!
